Senior Associate Managed Services Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Associate Managed Services Information Security Analyst to join our global Cyber Defense Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting incoming client data to deliver security information and recommendations to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a global Cyber Defense Centre team to monitor and analyze security logs from client environments.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Information Security Manager to tune MSSP platforms and client SIEM systems for efficient detection and analysis.
- Generate continuous improvement ideas for supported security tools and technologies to enhance company services, employee experience, and client experience.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, customer run books, and standard processes to ensure globally consistent delivery while proposing changes and improvements.
- Utilize and document best practices, and amend existing documentation as required.
- Handle security incidents from multiple vectors, including endpoint protection and enterprise detection and response tools, attack analysis, malware analysis, network forensics, and computer forensics.
- Apply critical thinking to ensure the best outcomes for clients and NTT within the boundaries of the service and SOPs.
- Remain curious and objective to provide high-quality services to clients, beyond tools' native capabilities.
- Cooperate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and build a cohesive and effective team environment.
- Developing knowledge of implementation and monitoring of company-supported SIEM or security tools/technologies/concepts.
- Developing knowledge of security architecture and working across different security technologies.
- Developing knowledge and understanding of modern computer systems and networks and how they can be compromised.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
- Security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or similar certification in different networking technologies.
