Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tactical and strategic direction for several security products used within the team.
  • Maintain a groomed and prioritized backlog along with a product roadmap supporting better integration, automation, and optimization for the products leveraged by the team.
  • Support the establishment and tracking of metrics to discover areas of improvement and monitor upgrades to the products.
  • Collaborate with Security Partners to ensure integration and alignment between business need and product strategies for the business lines of products/applications.
  • Partner with the technical product owner for eGRC/ServiceNow to influence product changes with the customer in mind.
  • Ability to explain and present technical solutions to stakeholders and EIS leaders.
  • Work independently with less structured, more complex issues.
  • Serve as a resource to others.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of understanding of current security framework, standards, and technologies concerning the industry.
  • Exposure to product development and management for continuous improvement.
  • Working knowledge of various enterprise security tools including eGRC, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MS SharePoint.
  • Proven good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against KPI.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision.
