Hardware Design Lead

Job Overview:

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of safety-related tasks and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining functional safety requirements and implementing them throughout the design process.
  • Enhance the overall quality of hardware systems by deriving and validating safety requirements.
  • Design and implement test procedures to validate hardware safety features.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to align our processes with industry best practices.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments to foster a culture of safety excellence.

Required Skills:

  • ISO 26262 certification and deep understanding of the safety lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in hardware design and testing, with expertise in identifying and mitigating safety risks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with advanced analysis techniques such as FTA, FMEA, and FMEDA.
