4. Test Planning and Execution: Develop and implement test plans to verify electrical, environmental, and functional compliance of products.">
5. FMEA Analysis: Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess reliability and identify potential safety or liability concerns.">
6. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to track product development milestones.">
7. DFX Updates and ECNs: Oversee Design for Excellence (DFX) updates and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring seamless product life cycle management.">
8. Mentorship and Team Guidance: Mentor team members on design best practices, ensuring adherence to established technical standards.">
9. Research and Development: Research new concepts to guide future product innovation, identifying cost-effective technological alternatives suitable for scaling up.">
10. Circuit Simulations and Prototyping: Validate design concepts through a combination of circuit simulations and prototyping.">
11. Documentation Preparation: Prepare detailed documentation, including bills of materials, circuit diagrams, simulations, and design-related documents.">

Required Qualifications and Skills:

2. Educational Background: Master's degree in Power Electronics with 8-12 years of relevant experience.">
3. Control Systems Expertise: Strong understanding of closed-loop control for power converters and compensator design.">
4. Power Electronics Experience: Experience with high-speed or high-power semiconductor devices, specifically power converter designs over 100kVA and in medium voltage applications.">
5. Technical Knowledge and System-Level Design: Solid technical knowledge, competence, and system-level design experience.">
6. Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple power electronics projects involving analog and digital electronics as well as control circuitry.">
7. EMI Filter Design and Testing: Experience in EMI filter design and product qualification/compliance testing.">
8. Circuit Simulation Tools: Familiarity with circuit simulation tools like SIMULINK.">
9. Deringing and Reliability Analysis: Skills in derating, FMEA, and reliability analysis.">
10. Circuit Debugging and Troubleshooting: Excellent circuit debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.">
11. Technical Documentation: Experience in writing technical documents such as hardware requirements, product design specifications, test specifications, and board-level design details.">
12. Component Selection and Integration: Strong knowledge of component selection and system integration.">
