Senior HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR department. As the primary point of contact for all HR matters, this individual will oversee various responsibilities including recruitment, policy development, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of labor legislation. They will be responsible for fostering healthy work environments, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and manage candidate pipelines for various roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes
  • Ensure fair and unbiased hiring practices
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Foster open communication channels between employees and management
  • Labor Relations:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and union representatives
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation
