Project Facilitator

The role of Project Facilitator plays a vital part in supporting a client's team and their architectural projects by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and providing critical data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and managing architectural projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities (Continued):

  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive strategic growth.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization, to track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Create customized dashboards and reports using industry-standard tools to enhance project transparency.
  • Develop and implement effective forecasting and workload planning strategies based on historical project data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an architecture or construction firm.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and automation.
  • Superb organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to foster collaborative relationships.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology to drive innovation.
  • Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and contract management to ensure compliance.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana or Monday.com, to streamline operations.
