Job Overview:A leadership position that oversees the development of engineering solutions for pump technologies is available.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing an annual growth strategy in collaboration with global engineering leaders and product management groups, overseeing the design, development, and improvement of pump systems, managing projects related to pump technology, and leading a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals working on pump-related projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of pump system designs and related technologies.
  • Manage projects including planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve project objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate and ensure that pump systems meet performance requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and Global stakeholders to drive innovation and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pump technology and apply them to projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required, Master's preferred.
  • At least 17 years of experience in developing engineering solutions, with 5+ years in people management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mind and technical knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, fluid dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Industry knowledge of sectors relying heavily on pumps and strong networking skills within the industry.
