Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the development of our web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying complex web applications. They will be responsible for making key technical decisions, defining technical architecture, and driving innovation in our engineering processes.

  • Lead the design and development of web applications using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, and VIKE SSR.
  • Make strategic decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it is modular, maintainable, and easily updatable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, including senior-level hands-on coding.
  • Proven leadership experience in scaling engineering teams, preferably in SaaS or AI/consumer tech environments.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, and VIKE SSR.
  • A track record of shipping complex products quickly without sacrificing reliability.
  • Experience managing Scrum teams and enforcing sprint discipline.
  • Passion for AI and automation, with real examples of using AI in development workflows.
