", "Senior Associate", "">About the Role:", ">We are seeking a technically proficient and compliance-aware Senior Associate to support and enhance our IT infrastructure within a finance-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and network security, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, RBI, and CSCRF.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving 95% of IT-related issues within defined SLAs, ensuring 98% user satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include conducting quarterly risk assessments, deploying, managing, and optimizing services on AWS and Microsoft Azure, administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, configuring and enforcing policies using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, conducting and supporting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) audits, implementing and monitoring security controls aligned with financial regulatory frameworks, maintaining endpoint protection and threat detection using Microsoft Defender and other tools, configuring and managing FortiGate, Sophos, and SonicWall firewalls, monitoring network traffic, enforcing segmentation, and troubleshooting connectivity issues, administering Linux servers and automating tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash, maintaining detailed records of configurations, incidents, and compliance reports, assisting in preparing audit documentation and responding to regulatory inquiries, maintaining system health, patching, and performance optimization across platforms, supporting VPN, secure remote access, and intrusion prevention systems, ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements contributing to long-term IT strategy with bi-annual reviews, collaborating across teams to meet project goals on time, conducting bi-annual disaster recovery drills, implementing at least two cost-saving initiatives annually, maintaining 100% server uptime through regular monitoring, enforcing data security protocols, performing weekly data backups, and ensuring all access controls are reviewed quarterly, selecting and onboarding IT vendors based on predefined criteria ensuring 100% contract compliance and timely renewals, and monitoring vendor performance quarterly addressing any non-compliance within 2 weeks, conducting semi-annual audits of software licenses, and ensuring all systems are audit-ready with zero non-conformities & maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT processes.",
