The Opportunity
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of engineers focused on developing innovative features and capabilities for a leading enterprise platform.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and respectful dialogue among team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable software solutions.
  • Champion engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.

As a Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing three key areas:

  • Hands-on coding and debugging (C#.Net/Microservices).
  • Architecting and designing software systems (HLD & LLD).
  • Project management, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting engineers in their professional growth.
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Security, and Engineering.
  • Improving engineering processes including DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in C# .Net and Microservices.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies.
