Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI
  • Leadership role with at least 2 years of experience
  • Hands-on technical skills in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Founder's mindset energized by 0-to-1 challenges not frustrated by them
  • Proactive problem-solver, owner, and builder
  • Compliance expertise speaking the language of SEBI and RBI
  • Leader and mentor elevating those around you
