About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in assigned locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our network of battery swapping stations, as well as guiding our team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard e-rickshaw drivers to use our swapping network at SMB locations where swap stations can be installed.
- Address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers and work with operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments.
- Guide and train your team to maintain relationships with partners and drive business growth through market research and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Able to hustle, work together with the team, and get things done.
- Passionate about sales and driven to close deals.
- Effective communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the assigned locality.
- Basic English language skills and expertise in local language for conversations with E-rickshaw drivers.
