Job Title: Graduate Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainees to join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots, ensuring seamless cargo movements and container handling.
  • Support the team in coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management, utilizing data analytics tools to optimize processes.
  • Learn the processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots, applying knowledge to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from CFS and depots to support decision-making, using MS Excel to manage data and generate insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Use MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create professional presentations and reports, communicating findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
  • Assist in special projects related to CFS operations, warehouse efficiency, and depot management, working under the supervision of senior team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA, BBA, B.Com, BSC)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics and ability to apply concepts in real-world scenarios
  • Interest or prior exposure to logistics, CFS, or depot operations is an asset
