We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our institution.

This position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced academic environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient institutional operations.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communication effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure in optimal condition.
  • Oversee documentation, filing systems, and digital records with utmost care.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Compare quotations from multiple vendors for cost-effective procurement.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and track their approval process seamlessly.
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, equipment, and required materials.
  • Assess infrastructure requirements and propose renovation or new project plans aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers for successful project execution.
  • Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Create project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee milestones effectively.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Arrange logistics for guest lectures, corporate events, industrial visits, and seminars efficiently.
  • Coordinate graduation ceremonies, annual functions, and sports activities smoothly.
  • Facilitate all Beyond Education program activities both on campus and off-site.
  • Organize event setups including sound/lights, food, print materials, and stationery.
  • Set up sports facilities (badminton, football, volleyball) and purchase sports equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on operations management.
  • High level of organizational efficiency, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities.
