Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale our social media channels by crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach.\
  • Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with our voice and appeals to the target audience.\
  • Participate in video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to our social media presence.\
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.\
  • Analyse and track the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements, and apply learnings to optimise future strategies.\
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.\
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our message and reach.\
  • Work with influencer agencies to create and manage campaigns that align with our goals and resonate with audiences.\
  • Create detailed briefs for influencers, ensuring content consistency and quality.

Requirements:

\
  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.\
  • Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully in previous roles.\
  • Proven ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video.\
  • Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.\
  • Innovative and creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
