Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and reach a client's target audience.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using social media analytics tools and report on key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and share this knowledge with the team.
  • Manage and engage with our online community and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and insights.
  • Work with influencers and other partners to promote our brand and products/services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
