This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, communication strategies, content creation, and social media optimization to enhance the online presence of the clinic and engagement with clients.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services, including online and offline channels.
  • Creating engaging content and collateral to showcase the benefits of hair transplant procedures and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hair transplant industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key physicians, referral partners, and industry influencers.
  • Managing advertising and media campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for success.
Requirements">

Social media marketing and social media optimization skills are required. Strong communication skills are also essential. Experience in developing content strategies for social media is preferred. Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging and relevant social media content are necessary. Knowledge of social media analytics and trends is also important. A relevant certification or degree in marketing, communications, or related field is desired.

Benefits">

Full-time position available with competitive salary range: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month. Morning shift and rotational shift are available.

Qualifications">

Experience in the field is not mandatory but preferred. The ideal candidate must be a hard-working team player who can play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities include developing social media strategy, creating original content, and providing data analysis and metric reporting for clients. Proficiency in many social media platforms and fluency in Microsoft Office suite are essential qualifications.
