Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Influencer Marketing team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our operations team in delivering the best influencer proposals to prospective clients.

You will assist the operations team in sourcing top-notch influencers across various industries and channels. Your primary task will be to create compelling influencer proposals that meet the clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;
  • Influencer liaison for new partnerships and projects;
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions, where you will be recognized as the influencer expert for the project/campaign;
  • Match brands with influencers based on client briefs, utilizing creative and strategic thinking to produce optimal results;
  • Expand our database with new influencers and nurture our existing network;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in an Influencer marketing agency;
  • Possession and preferably experience in Influencer Marketing or social media;
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks;
  • A strong personality capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team;
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to think outside the box;
  • A structured approach to work, with competencies in planning and organization;
  • Social media literacy, including an understanding of current trends;
