About the Role:

  • Team Management & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
