Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a digital content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing goals.
    • Brainstorm and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation & Editing:
    • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
    • Ensure all content reflects brand identity and storytelling.
  • Copywriting & Communication:
    • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate and drive action.
    • Adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Design & Tools:
    • Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or other photo/video editing platforms.
    • Collaborate with external photographers/videographers when required.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google.
    • Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
    • Build and engage with a community around projects.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in lifestyle or consumer brands. Strong content creation and editing skills, excellent command of English writing, and familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools are beneficial.
