Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Delivery Lead to drive high-quality software projects forward.

This is an exceptional chance for an experienced professional with a strong background in web development and project management to make a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in technologies like .NET, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails, and 4+ years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Elevate project delivery by executing the plan and delivering top-notch software.
  • Analyze situations and implement adjustments to team, processes, and project execution as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Foster clear expectations with the delivery team, product team, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about various project reports and determine if the project is on track.
  • Overcome team obstacles by identifying skill gaps/requirements and taking corrective actions to address them.
  • Discover technology patterns and development practices within or across projects to accelerate development.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the domain/project goals and communicate this effectively to team members.
  • Conduct timely code/design/functional reviews and provide early feedback/course correction to the team when necessary.

  • Proficient in at least one software development framework: .NET, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails, etc.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Comfortable making bold decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Experience with source control systems GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab, etc.
