Senior Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Develop high-level software functionality for Electric Power Steering systems to enhance steering feel, active safety, and driving comfort.
  • Evaluate and execute model-based software development throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer requirements, design software architecture, create system and software level test cases, conduct system and software component testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate all developed units and components.
  • Ensure compliance with industry development standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) and internal software development processes.
  • Develop, integrate, modify, and configure Electric Power Steering software.
  • Troubleshoot software on the bench and in vehicle environments.
  • Investigate issues reported by the testing department and customers.
  • Perform thorough system tests to validate function implementation and integration.
  • Contribute to process improvement activities and support assessments/audits to verify applicable quality and safety standards.

  9. System testing and validation.
  10. Process improvement and audit support.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development principles and industry standards.
  • Experience with model-based software development and execution.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer requirements and designing software architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO26262 standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
