Job Title: SDET - QA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SDET-QA Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive automation adoption, improve productivity, and ensure high-quality software releases.


The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements. They will also have mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs, experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium, and strong understanding of CI/CD processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create.
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore ensure close coordination.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
