Job Description

We are seeking an experienced software engineering professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, such as HRSD, CSM, FSM, ITSM, Portal, CMDB, Virtual Agent, ITAM, and ITOM. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong scripting and integration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries
  • Develop and maintain high-quality codebase using industry-standard technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ServiceNow
  • Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules (HRSD, CSM, FSM)
  • Strong understanding of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and integration skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
