The role of a Branch Manager is pivotal to the overall performance and growth of a branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue generation, expanding our client base, ensuring compliance, and fostering the development of your team.
- You will be responsible for generating revenue for the respective branch through high net worth individuals, retail clients, and franchisees for both wealth and broking businesses.
- Your key responsibility will be to achieve revenue targets for the branch, with the support of your relationship manager teams (Wealth & Equity RMs).
- You will meet all ultra high net worth individuals and corporate clients of the respective branch and franchisee.
- You will be responsible for achieving branch profitability.
- You will focus on acquiring new business by directing new business development teams in asset gathering.
- You will be responsible for the expansion of the client base, including high net worth individuals, ground clients, and web clients.
- You will develop business through the appointment of new franchisees in the assigned territory.
- You will be responsible for achieving brokerage revenue as per defined targets for the branch through equity relationship managers.
- You will ensure adherence to all compliances as laid down by risk and compliance teams within the organization.
You will also be responsible for training team members in building asset gathering skills and take initiatives to build employee capability.
Key Skills:
