Key Roles:

Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for Home Loan and LAP products. Develop a robust pipeline through various channels, including DSAs, builders, and open market sourcing.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify new clients through field visits, cold calling, and reference networking.
  • Foster productive business relationships with channel partners to drive consistent lead flow.
Channel Development:
  • Onboard and manage DSAs as per company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with builder sales teams for lead generation and conversion support.
Process Adherence:
  • Maintain strict adherence to KYC norms, documentation standards, and credit policies.
  • Ensure timely processing and disbursal through coordination with internal stakeholders.
Customer Support:
  • Guide customers through the loan process from application to disbursement.
  • Address client queries with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years in Home Loan or LAP sales, preferably with exposure to builder, DSA, or connector networks.
  • Education:
  • Graduation in any stream (mandatory). Candidates with a finance or business background preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of home loan and LAP products
  • Field sales experience and ability to work under pressure
  • Relationship-building and networking capabilities
