Job Summary:Become a Business Operations Manager for our organization's finance and accounts team, focusing on the manufacturing and service segment of our business.
- Prepared and presented actuals to management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis from a finance perspective.
- Analysed Actuals vs Planned along with variances.
- Analysed time booking of resources to revenue and departmental profitability.
- Budgeted and forecasted, actively involved in relevant discussions with regional sales, operations, and HR teams.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Oracle HFM.
- Experience handling project accounting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process flow and inventory accounting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
