Job Title: Solar Operations Manager

About the Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our solar assets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of multiple solar plants to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with site in-charges to ensure effective communication and issue resolution across all sites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and engagement levels.
  • Oversee project handovers and takeovers to ensure seamless transitions and adherence to defined protocols.
  • Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management.
  • Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.
