Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our financial strategy for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fund-raising (equity & debt).
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies for project financing, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Negotiation and Compliance: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities in alignment with the company's growth strategy, providing strategic financial insights to the leadership team.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
