  • Collaborate with business leaders to predict workforce requirements and synchronize hiring plans with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process for senior-level positions in engineering, operations, and sustainability functions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team and mentor recruiters.
  • Design and implement employer branding initiatives tailored to renewable energy professionals.
  • Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, quality, and compliance with environmental, social, and governance standards.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain partnerships with external agencies, including search firms and staffing vendors.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of critical hires into business units.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Hold an MBA with 12-15 years of experience scaling talent acquisition functions within the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, HR, and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of technical hiring in wind energy, project development, and engineering domains.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making.
