Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our recruiting operations, driving strategic talent acquisition for our renewable energy business. This key position will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across corporate, technical, and field roles in the wind/solar energy vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, ensuring hiring plans align with growth targets.
  • Drive leadership hiring for engineering, operations, and sustainability functions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance and mentorship to recruiters.
  • Design employer branding initiatives tailored to attract top talent from renewable energy pools.
  • Ongoing evaluation and optimization of recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and compliance with ESG standards.
  • Maintaining accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics to inform efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with external search firms, staffing vendors, and campus alliances.
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of critical hires into business units.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses an MBA degree with 12-15 years of experience in scaling talent acquisition functions within renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Has managed teams of recruiters and demonstrated effective stakeholder management across business, HR, and external partners.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of technical hiring in wind energy, EPC, and project development domains.
  • Exposure to hiring practices and compliance frameworks is essential.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and data-driven mindset.
