Our company is seeking a seasoned Sales and Customer Success Technology Stack Manager to drive our sales and customer success technology stack forward. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in CRM administration/management, preferably with Hub Spot.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Hub Spot for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Build and maintain efficient workflows, automations, and reports that enhance team performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the system.
  • Provide expert training and support to users, enforcing best practices and ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Design and deliver actionable dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking initiatives.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM administration/management (Hub Spot strongly preferred).
  2. Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes within a SaaS environment.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  4. Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools with ease.
  5. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
