Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned customer success professional to drive growth and success in the cybersecurity space.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with support teams and other stakeholders.
  • Develop customized success plans, outlining critical objectives and performance indicators, and provide guidance on achieving these goals.
  • Work closely with account management teams to secure contract renewals and expand usage across the client's organization.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for upsells and participate in presentations with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the cybersecurity field, with excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and delivering results under pressure.
