As a seasoned leader in cybersecurity, you will drive growth and expansion of our India operations.

Hiring for this role is aimed at appointing an individual with 20+ years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership position.

The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of growing a significant cybersecurity business in India with strong financial acumen.

This role involves defining and executing the India Cybersecurity growth strategy aligned with global objectives and managing full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.

You will be responsible for driving revenue through new clients, strategic accounts, and partnerships, building and leading high-performing sales and pre-sales teams.

Engaging CISOs and executives in large pursuits and complex deals, overseeing pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and client workshops is also expected.

Alignment of sales and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions, strengthening client relationships for long-term business impact is crucial.

Candidate requirements include:

  • Proven cybersecurity sales leadership, business development, and strategic account growth experience.
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and enterprise account expansion.
  • Representing the company as a thought leader in industry forums, webinars, and conferences.
  • Ability to engage credibly with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards on security strategy, compliance, and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of the India cybersecurity market across BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, and other industries.
  • Deep knowledge of key cybersecurity offerings such as MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Offensive Security, VAPT, and SVS.
