Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Manager to lead our MERN Stack team. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in managing teams and handling complex technical projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of MERN Stack solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a team of software developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • MERN Stack Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of MERN Stack applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
  • Tech Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of overall experience in software development and team management.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading teams and handling complex technical projects.
  • Hands-on experience in MERN Stack development, including React, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
