Job Role Overview

This role ensures timely and accurate processing of transactions in line with established service standards. The incumbent will work under the supervision of a Team Leader and perform administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to funds, employers, and members by meeting high-quality and service standards.
  • Complete daily processing within required service standards.
  • Operational Management
  • Process and complete all operations-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize business risk.
  • Conduct quality reviews to reduce task rework and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Complete transactions across multiple funds as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
  • Complete adjustments and investigations as necessary.
  • Collaborate positively with team members to achieve team goals.
Governance & Risk
  • Comply with company policies, core values, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize business risk.
  • Develop and maintain business process manuals and training materials.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of relevant superannuation legislation.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Previous administration skills, data entry, and high-volume type roles, ideally in a financial services industry.
  • Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding relevant policies and legislation.
