Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in the Fintech industry.
- Software quality assurance expertise.
- Proficiency with mobile applications, ATM applications, and website testing.
- Experience writing test cases and conducting various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
- Familiarity with QA tools and test management software, automated testing tools like Selenium and Appium.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
