Technical Excellence Specialist

We seek a seasoned technical professional to deliver high-level support, ensure product quality and boost customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Utilize in-depth knowledge of our products to provide effective customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring timely communication on resolution progress.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve installation and testing issues across various programming languages and build environments.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical skills and best practices to customers and the support team, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of known issues, workarounds and solutions to enhance issue resolution efficiency.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback on features, bugs and other areas of importance and communicate this information to our product development team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a software company.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility working EU or US time zones.
