Job Title:

A Retail Visualizer is required to oversee the visual merchandising of our Exclusive Outlet Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategic recommendations based on their understanding of our business objectives and staff challenges.

About the Role:

You will act as the main point of contact for all visual merchandising related aspects. Your responsibilities will include complete visual merchandising for a territory, creation of window and in-store displays, taking responsibility for the look and feel of the store to maximize product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for complete visual merchandising for a territory by creating window and in-store displays.
  • Responsible for developing VM plans across the network as per VM Calendars and prepared planned budget.
  • Travel with employees/team members to learn new concepts, create a budget for the same, and get it approved.
  • Season calendar for in-store display to be prepared along with deadlines from planning to execution and budget this exercise.
  • Enhance relationship with vendors and negotiate with them to constantly work within budgets.
  • Research dates/findings to be filed also budgets to be created if any.
  • Constantly inspire the team with new VM concepts.
  • Allocation of resources (human resources) for this territory wise.
  • Responsible for in-store display, planning, and marketing promos designs.
  • Develop exciting planograms in each territory and send it to the stores in the beginning of the season.
  • Ensure to coordinate with the stores and ensure that it is implemented as per the deadlines.
  • Train the store team in conducting research based on lifestyle concepts, trends, and regional attributes.
  • Responsible for the following activities:
    • Developing floor plans and sketching designs
    • Sourcing materials and display elements
    • Maximize space and layout of the store
    • Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays
  • Making regular visits to stores to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the stores.
  • To ensure store staff is in proper uniform, well-spoken & aware of the VM standards.
