Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • You will manage store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
  • You will lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-level customer service and sales effectiveness.
  • You will implement processes to enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations in line with company standards, ensuring successful execution of business objectives.
  • Control inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate supply chain for optimal product availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts to maintain appealing product displays and on-brand store layouts.
  • Effectively track transactions and budgets for store operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial targets are met.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Clear store for formal launches during refit & conversion.
Customer Experience
  • Implement KPIs to monitor and evaluate store operations' success, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure outstanding in-store customer experience through product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.
People Management
  • Anchor trainings as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with central functions to ensure alignment with broader company policies and integration of in-store & online operations.
