About the Role

This is a flexible, self-motivated position where you'll identify prospective students, conduct outreach activities, and maintain relationships with educational institutions.

You'll create and implement referral strategies, track progress, and provide feedback to enhance our referral processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and refer potential students to our programs
  • Engage in outreach activities to promote our services
  • Maintain strong relationships with educational partners
  • Develop effective referral strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze referral data to optimize our approach
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve our referral processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in outreach, relationship-building, and strategic planning
  • Ability to develop and implement successful referral strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using tools to track progress and provide feedback
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
