We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Ayurvedic Doctor to join our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations, diagnose and prescribe personalized treatment plans.
  • Panchakarma Protocols & Supervision: Design annual treatment menus, train and supervise therapists, and maintain patient records and progress reports.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, coach, and appraise a multidisciplinary team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and stay up-to-date with the latest research in Ayurveda and integrative medicine.

Essential Qualifications:

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized university.
  • Post-graduate degree in Panchakarma, Kayachikitsa, or Rasayana / Preventive & Social Medicine preferred.
  • 10-20 years total clinical practice experience; ability to handle complex health conditions.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

  • Empathy and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Hindi.
  • Strong written skills for case reports and research papers.
