About the Role

Seeking a skilled Ayurvedic practitioner to lead our clinical team in providing evidence-based treatments and exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for Ayurveda. They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive consultations, diagnosing and prescribing treatment plans, and staying up-to-date with the latest research in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Work: Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations, diagnose and prescribe personalized Panchakarma protocols, internal medicines, rasayana plans, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Consultations: Provide ongoing clinical reviews for in-house and telemedicine patients; Panchakarma Protocols & Supervision
  • Therapy Rooms: Audit therapy rooms daily for hygiene, inventory, and SOP adherence. Generate monthly clinical KPI dashboards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized university. Post-graduate degree (MD/MS Ayurveda)—in Panchakarma, Kayachikitsa, or Rasayana / Preventive & Social Medicine will be preferred.
  • Experience: 10 – 20 years total clinical practice (If you have lesser experience or no experience but very good knowledge you can apply as well for the role of Ayurvedic physician).
Preferred Skills
  • Nadi pariksha, prakriti/vikriti analysis, dietetics & dravya-guna application.
  • Ability to interpret modern diagnostics (CBC, LFT, USG, X-ray, MRI) and integrate findings with Ayurvedic.
  • Fluent English and Hindi. Strong written skills for case reports, research papers, and workshop content.
Working Conditions

We are looking for someone who is willing to live full-time in Dehradun/Rishikesh style environment. The ideal candidate should have high personal integrity, sattvic lifestyle orientation.
