Job Description

Ayurvedic Doctor will lead the clinical operations of an Ayurveda & Panchakarma Therapy and wellness center, ensuring evidence-based treatment, guest/patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, nurses, dietitians, and yoga instructors.

They will design and execute Panchakarma & Rasayana programs, train staff, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Education: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized university.

* Postgraduate Degree: MD/MS Ayurveda in Panchakarma, Kayachikitsa, or Rasayana / Preventive & Social Medicine is preferred.

* Experience: 4 – 20 years total clinical practice. Lesser experience but good knowledge can also apply.

* Demonstrated track-record: Designing and executing Panchakarma & Rasayana programs.

This role offers a competitive salary range of 5 lakhs p.a - 14 Lakhs p.a, depending on knowledge and experience.
