Job Description

As a lead practitioner at our esteemed wellness center, you will be responsible for spearheading the clinical operations and performance of our Ayurvedic and Panchakarma Therapy services. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based treatment protocols.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and execution of personalized treatment plans, incorporating comprehensive consultations, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and guests/patients.

A key aspect of this role is supervising and mentoring junior practitioners, therapists, nurses, yoga instructors, and dietitians. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, fostering a culture of empathy and continuous improvement.

Additionally, this position involves staying abreast of the latest research in Ayurveda and integrative medicine, applying findings to enhance practice and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies.
