Job Title: Business Development Representative

Are you a sales professional looking to drive revenue growth and develop your skills in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos virtually to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, tele-sales, or lead generation (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience in IT Domain
  • Exposure to sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
