Are you a sales professional looking to drive revenue growth and develop your skills in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct product presentations and demos virtually to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Work closely with the sales team to support closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, tele-sales, or lead generation (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT Domain
- Exposure to sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
