Key Business Development Role

We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful Business Associate to contribute to our growth initiatives.

  • Sales & Client Engagement

You will establish relationships with clients, suggest suitable office space options, arrange site visits, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets.

  • Develop and execute effective client engagement strategies.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate property visits and drive repeat business through long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Strategy & Business Growth

You will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance our presence, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.

  • Work with the leadership team to create impactful strategies for growth.
  • Contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns and sales conversation strategies.
  • Recommend inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in sales and wants to contribute to business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and have a creative approach to business development strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for business growth.
