Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Executive to oversee the effective administration of our ServiceNow platform, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and hands-on experience with GRC modules. They must ensure platform stability, integrations, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability
  • Support audits and compliance reporting
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow CSA
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus
