Job Title: Campus Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our campus development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive lead generation and admissions for our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement offline marketing strategies to drive lead generation and admissions.
  • School & College Outreach: Plan and execute large-scale outreach programs in schools and colleges to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and leverage innovative offline channels for consistent lead generation, and manage and oversee offline events to maximize admissions conversion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in offline marketing and business development, preferably within educational institutions.
  • A strong track record of driving offline lead generation and outreach programs, resulting in at least 1500 admissions annually.
  • Prior experience in managing similar roles within colleges/universities is essential.
