**Campaign Manager Position**We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and excellent project management skills.The successful Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. This includes managing campaign budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Managing campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborating with sales, product, content, and design teams to ensure effective campaign execution and maximize results.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in edtech/IT.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
